Breeze is the younger (by 11 days) of two WindnSatin Ty Slezi of Zemny puppies who came to Islehaven in the summer of 2006. She is from Pat Shaw's Happy Hour litter, out of her Ch Coburn Suntea JC, who goes back to the Volante and Oaklara kennels. Coburn Borzoi


Breeze is a self black and tan with white points, and is sharper than a tack. She is bold, inquisitive and gorgeous. Despite the fact that she is more often "wolfhound" than "wolf", she is also very sweet. Nevertheless, her combined enthusiasm for intense physical play with accompanying sound effects has earned she and her yard-mate, Rex, the nickname "the Heathens".

Breeze has met all our expectations in the show ring. With beautiful movement and construction she finished beautifully taking a 5 point major at the Borzoi Club of California Specialty - LOMPOC in July 2008. The next day she was awarded Best Opposite Sex at the LOMPOC TSE and a month later she went Best In Specialty Show under breeder judge Prudence Hlatky at the Puget Sound Borzoi Club Specialty. We at Islehave have great hopes for this girl in the whelping box. Breeze is co-owned and handled by Patricia Wiseman.
